几个相关概念

Diversity: accounts for both “richness” and “evenness” components ( Shannon’s entropy).
Richness：The number of different specificities in the sample (counting the number of unique antigen receptor sequences).
Eveness：relative abundance of these different specificities ( gini index, clonality, 1- Pielou’s evenness).
Clonality：values range from 0 to 1 and describe the shape of the frequency distribution: clonality values approaching 0 indicate a very even distribution of frequencies, whereas values approaching 1 indicate an increasingly asymmetric distribution in which a few clones are present at high frequencies.
